1. Stop Being Busy?
One of the things I try to do when things are not going my way is to “Fill up my calendar” 🗓️
Aka Take up a lot activities that makes me “feel” like moving towards a goal.
Example – “oh no! I’m getting fat!!”
My response – “ok, I’m gonna exercise more, wake up early, cut the junk, eat protein, hire a trainer…” you get the idea. 🤷♂️
But often all I needed to do was;
“Wait, I should just stop eating while watching TV” 📺
The problem is solved by removing the core constraint.
And that’s the lesson I’m learning – You gotta do the thing that solves the issue.
That “thing” isn’t 10 random things. It’s often 1 or 2 uncomfortable things.
2. Being Busy = Lazy?
This quote from Tim Ferris further expands on this in the most simplest way.

Activity is not productivity.
Efficiency is not Effectiveness.
3. Favourite Quote of the Week
“The cavalry ain’t coming. You gotta do things yourself”.
– Chris Gardner.
That’s it for this week folks!
See you in the next one 🙂
Best,
Kesh.
