1) The 6 Min Sketch Challenge
Here’s the challenge:
• Draw for 6 Mins or more everyday – for 100 Days.
That’s the challenge that radically improved my art and could improve yours too. ✏️
Simple, Effective and to the point.
This is a challenge that I and many people do yearly on the Internet. (or do it at least once in your Life)
And we even have a yearly prompt.
List on what to do.

And many have already started doing it. Here’s some of my favourites for the first prompt “Worm Hat” 🤠
@saarasartdesk

@cetaceanna_art

@pavis_presto

@narwhal_scribbles

That’s the challenge! Give it a shot and see how it goes.

2) Battling Perfection
I’ve been in an art slump for a while now.
For some reason, I was not able to make a finished drawing that I’m proud of. 😔
Until yesterday. Where I saw all the drawings made by people for the 100 Days of Sketching Challenge.
It lit a fire in me. 🔥
So I gave up my standards and started scribbling.
Soon – the lines turned into shapes and the shapes turned into ideas and them I completed a drawing.

It was a nice lesson: The thing that is stopping us are the unrealistic standards that we expect to achieve on the first try. 😌
3) Favourite Quote of the Week
“The advice I like to give young artists is: Do something. It may be bad, but it’s the only way you can do anything really good.”
– Andy Warhol
That’s it.
I’ll see you again next week 🙂
Best,
Kesh.
