These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DrawDaily365 program (“Program”), including all course content, community spaces, and associated materials, operated by Kesh Media Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using DrawDaily365 in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Program.
Access to the DrawDaily365 community space is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
This age restriction does not apply to the core Program content or workouts unless otherwise stated.
No individual under the age of 18 is permitted to:
Join the community space
Interact with other members
Post, comment, or participate in discussions
No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
If you misrepresent your age or eligibility, your community access may be terminated immediately, without notice and without refund.
Upon purchase, you receive access only to:
The specific version of DrawDaily365 purchased (e.g., Individual Challenge or Complete 365 Program), and
The specific features, content, duration, and bonuses explicitly stated on the official landing page or checkout page at the time of purchase
We do not guarantee or imply the inclusion of:
Additional lessons
Future updates
Extra bonuses
Personal feedback
Mentorship or coaching
Community privileges beyond what is explicitly stated
Anything not clearly listed on the sales page is not included, regardless of assumptions, expectations, marketing interpretations, or prior versions of the Program.
Your access duration (limited-time or lifetime) is strictly determined by what was displayed on the landing page or at checkout.
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Program as offered by the Company, not the lifetime of the user or the Company.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Allow others to access your account
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access
Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
The community exists solely for:
Personal progress sharing
Tribe Building & Motivation
Learning discussions directly related to DrawDaily365
You may not, under any circumstances:
Share or distribute content from any other course, program, workshop, or paid resource (third-party or otherwise)
Upload copyrighted or proprietary material you do not own
Promote or sell products, services, or affiliate links
Engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation, or disruptive behavior
Any violation may result in:
Immediate removal from the community
Permanent revocation of access
No appeals, or refunds
We reserve the right to moderate the community but are not obligated to monitor or review all content. Users remain solely responsible for what they post.
The Program includes anatomy-related lessons strictly for artistic and educational purposes as part of standard drawing instruction.
The Program does not include:
Nude references
Sexualized imagery
Pornographic material
All instruction is professional, neutral, and consistent with accepted art education standards.
By enrolling, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Anatomy instruction is a fundamental component of drawing education
You will not raise claims, complaints, or disputes alleging obscenity, indecency, or inappropriate content
Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
All content, including but not limited to videos, lessons, exercises, PDFs, artwork, branding, and community materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kesh Media Private Limited.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display content
Use content for commercial, instructional, or resale purposes
Upload Program content to other platforms or communities
Legal action may be pursued for violations.
By posting content (including artwork or text) within the Program or community, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display such content within the Program and related platforms.
Ownership of your content remains with you.
All purchases are final.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this is a digital product with immediate access and expressly waive any right to cancellation or refund once access is granted.
Due to the digital nature of the Program:
No refunds
No exchanges
No partial credits
This applies regardless of usage, completion, satisfaction, or results.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified duplicate payments or technical billing errors.
Initiating a chargeback after accessing the Program constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and submission of evidence to payment processors.
The Program relies on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, community, payment services). We are not liable for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by such platforms.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, platform failures, or technical disruptions.
The Program is educational in nature only.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Skill improvement
Artistic success
Employment or income outcomes
Your results depend entirely on your effort, consistency, and application.
You use the Program at your own risk.
We are not liable for:
Loss of time
Loss of income
Creative dissatisfaction
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:
These Terms are violated
Platform or community abuse occurs
Content misuse is identified
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Users agree to contact support before initiating any formal dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
These Terms, together with the sales page at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
Failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
By purchasing or accessing DrawDaily365, you confirm that you:

Agree to be legally bound by them
Waive any claims inconsistent with these Terms
